Production System is a comprehensive work environment that can handle dozens of workers, thousands of clients, and hundreds of jobs. The first step is to get your workers and clients into the system. Think in terms of setting up an online work environment where everything resides in the computer. Just call up the screens above and start adding users (workers) and clients into Production System.

With workers and clients in Production System, the next step is to start adding jobs. A job is a task assigned to a worker. To add a job call up the screen above and add these key elements:

1. The date the job is assigned (automatic)
2. The client you are doing the job for (from dropdown list)
3. The worker you are assigning the job to (from dropdown list)
4. The task you want done.

Now that job is handled. It goes into that worker's job queue. They take control of it.

The screen above shows a typical company workload. There are 14 jobs in work (shown in blue) and 9 jobs complete (shown in red). Production System imposes order and eliminates confusion. Everyone knows exactly what to do. There is no ambiguity. Production System manages a large workload easily. Here is how to manage your workload:

1. The Blue Ball goes to the individual job (where job details reside).
2. The Client link goes to the client screen (where client information resides)
3. The Worker link goes to the worker's job queue (where that worker's jobs reside)

When you commit your work environment to Production System you gain control, visibility, and history. When something needs to be done, open a job and get it assigned. Work everything from Production System instead of winging it in an offline manner. This way you get all your work cataloged, assigned, and managed.
